Fruit Tree Branches Sawdust Making Machine
The fruit tree branch sawdust making machine is driven by the oil fuel engine, motor, and tractor PTO as the technical regulations and safety protection to shredding and crushing fruit tree branched. This standard is applicable to the post-cutting and crushing operation.
Requirements for grinding and shredding of fruit tree branches:

Requirement of moisture content of fruit tree branches:
After the fruit tree branches are dried and the moisture content reaches the following requirements, they should be crushed in time. The moisture content of the fruit tree branches produced for many years should be 40%-50%, and the moisture content of the fruit tree branches (diameter≤3cm) should be 20%-30%. The moisture content of vines and branches with strong bark (such as mulberry branches, grape branches, etc.) should be 15%-20%.
Requirement of grinding fineness:
After being crushed, fruit tree branches are generally used for fermentation mattress materials, bacterial substrates, composting, return to the field, etc. The size of the crushed particles should be limited according to the different uses of the fruit tree branches after crushing.
The requirements for the size of crushed particles for different purposes are as follows:
The average particle size of crushed particles used for fermented mattress material should be ≤5mm.
The average particle size of the particles used for fungal substance crushing should be≤5mm.
The average particle size of crushed particles used for composting treatment should be ≤15mm.
The average particle size of the crushed particles used for field should be ≤30mm.
Measurement of crushed particle size:
Measure the length of each pulverized particle one by one by receiving a sample of 50g or more, and calculate the average value as the average pulverized particle size. It can be taken once at the beginning, middle and end stages of the pulverization process, and finally get the average value of 3 times.
Re crushing of crushed materials:
When the fineness is not enough for the first crushing, the primary powder particles can be re-pulverized by wood shredder until the pulverization fineness reaches the requirement.
